august in a nutshell

What a month... Full of twists and turns adding stories to my journey. I'll start at the beginning Aug 01- really feel the end of July and beginning of August. Milestone of sorts so ready to start my next chapter. Todays the day 90% of my stuff gets moved to klamath. I'm taking my steps I need to take and feeling good! Mom treated me to lunch.. amused by the extreme elderly man totally decked out as john Lennon. Oh people never cease to amaze me. Aug 03- what a wonderful free evening out in the yard no TC the leech of a roommate tonight. How refreshing Enjoyed my very first Bali hai clove so amazing. I really cherish moments like those that lift your spirit so Aug 04- farewell dinner at si casa with the retail hellgate crew. Quite lovely such amazing kind ladies I've had the pleasure of working with so nice to have had their support. Mean that ... What better way to celebrate our precious time together than over strawberry margaritas and sombreros complete with love and gifts as well. Muchos racios senoritas. Hopeful night of dancing after dinner... Night was more emotional than I had anticipated and didn't do much dancing. But we did bring joy with our outfits to a homeless misfit who lived in his truck, an elderly man who needs more control over handling his mints and two study body builders who were not gay FOR THE RECORD. Enjoyed seeing Des the manager who first hired me tho. So we didn't dance a single song but had a very special moment at the car reading my card from Aug06- last day so ready to be out of there. Had a lovely surprise when DT surprised me at hellgate to say goodbye. My most favorite lady ever she's so inspiring Aug 07-load up car get check set off sounds simple right? Not so much.TC ruins the day as usual. Getting ready to leave and this crazy lady pulls up with pepperspray. Well apparently TC brought home this lady's truck until he got paid for helping out his friend mind you... Stupid mistake. Well him and this lady get into an altercation pepper spray flying knives out arms sliced Thank God CH was there to mediate. I load up and head out. Say goodbyes to my girl jaz and set off for my new chapter. Aug 08- unpack fun shopping spree setup my new room and bathroom so amazing to have my own space finally Aug 09- interview for joanns at worksource went amazing! Aug 10- cleaned and organized get the call I've been waiting for..... I got the job and I have orientation Tuesday Aug 12- orientation so excited.. I find out I'm going to be on the project team That's going to be setting up the new store in September. 55 of us were chosen out of hundred s to be on the project team. Then once the store opens they will keep ten to twenty of us fingers crossed! Aug 19- went with my sister and her boyfriend to Crater lake for the first time. It was so gorgeous and simply breathtaking. Spent my Bali hai for the road moment here in my own space in my own world. It was beautiful Aug 26- went shooting for BB birthday. It was fun. Usually I'm too scared to shoot but that day I wasn't and Oh man they created a monster I want my own now. A pink one of course Aug29- took my letter of recommendation from DG into joanns hopefully it gives me a leg up Lastly Aug 31- relaxing and enjoying the blue moon. Feels good I feel a breakthrough coming on Cheers to the first post!
